Sushi Chef: Black Sesame Seed, 3.75 Oz

Sushi Chef® Black Sesame Seeds are the kind used in the finest Japanese restaurants. Black sesame seeds are stronger in aroma and flavor than white seeds. After roasting, they add a sesame flavor and colorful accent to rice, vegetables, and salad. They are also an interesting ingredient to use in bread baking.  ​Both white and black sesame seeds should be toasted just before their use. Put the seeds in a heavy ungreased pan and place over medium heat. Toast for about one minute while shaking the pan occasionally. Remove from heat immediately and serve.
